Doug Friedman is a highly accomplished and respected figure in the field of High-Performance Consulting and Executive Coaching. With a career spanning several decades, he has an impressive portfolio of achievements and accolades.

Doug's journey began at Manhattan Advertising, where he worked as an Account Executive for London Records. His portfolio included public relations and marketing efforts for some of the biggest names in the music industry, including The Rolling Stones, The Moody Blues, ZZ Top, Tom Jones, Al Green, and The WHO.

  Later, Doug joined CBS Records Sony Music Entertainment, where he was responsible for project management, marketing, branding, sales, and radio promotion. During his time there, he received numerous gold and platinum awards for his work with some of the most iconic musicians of our time, such as Michael Jackson,  Bruce Springsteen, The Beach Boys, Billy Joel, Loverboy, and Journey.

 Doug's career then took him to Dudley Buckner and Associates, where he served as the Director of Marketing, Project Manager and Change Management Consulting. Here, he spearheaded the marketing of innovative transformational executive coaching and training programs for clients designed to improve personal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. His clients included Hughes Aircraft, Exxon, Apple One Employment, and Northrop Corporation.

 Doug worked as the Director of Marketing and Branding at Trim Spa in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. He was responsible for creating and executing national event marketing and brand building campaigns, including NASCAR, Super Bowl, and Hawaiian Tropic Pageants. He also managed the international marketing and brand building efforts and was responsible for the creation of breakthrough marketing efforts for the Trim Spa Brand, which resulted in a surge of product launch and sales on the Internet, in print, radio, direct response, and television.

 Doug also served as the Director of Branding and Media at NVE Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for the production of all national television commercials. He led high-profile campaigns at NASCAR, the Dirt Track Series, WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), OZZFEST, and The Grammy Awards.

As a Senior Change Consultant at the Dawson Group Marketing and Consulting, Doug worked with clients to develop target marketing, product and brand launching performance strategies that assist in obtaining optimum results. His projects included public relations, branding, event marketing/activations, and consulting with NASCAR and INDY CAR. He also produced Keeping up with the Kardashians and UFC activations, broadcast on ESPN, NHRA, and NASCAR fundraising events for the Wounded Warrior Project, Roger Daltrey/The Who, and Teen Cancer America.

 In 2018, Doug became a High-Powered Professional Management Consultant at Insigniam, where he consulted and managed projects for fortune 500 organizations. He coached, trained, and empowered CEOs, executives, and management teams, helping them achieve their goals. Some of his clients included Cone Health, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Shionogi Pharmaceuticals, Heron Pharmaceuticals, BioPharma, Teen Cancer America, TierPoint, Boeing/Spirit Airlines.
